# Egg Sandwich with Hot Dogs

## Ingredients

- 4 eggs
- 1 tomato
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 hot dogs
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 4 slices bread

## Instructions

1. Crack and whisk four eggs in a bowl.
2. Slice a tomato and a jalapeno pepper.
3. Melt butter in a frying pan.
4. Place bread slices and hot dogs in the pan.
5. Pour the whisked eggs over the bread and hot dogs.
6. Add cheddar cheese slices.
7. Top with jalapeno slices.
8. Add mozzarella cheese, tomato slices, ketchup and mustard.
9. Cook until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted.
10. Wrap the sandwich in plastic wrap.
11. Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
