# High Protein Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta

## Ingredients

- 800 g chicken breast diced into cubes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 0.5 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 spray Cooking spray
- 1 medium white onion diced
- 2 garlic cloves diced
- 400 g chopped tomatoes
- 275 g uncooked penne pasta
- 500 ml chicken stock
- 150 g light cream cheese
- 2 tbsp parmesan
- 1 fresh chopped parsley

## Instructions

1. Dice your chicken breast into cubes.
2. Spray the chicken breast.
3. Add DE seasonings and mix well with your hands till fully coated.
4. To a pan on high heat, add your chicken and cook through till about halfway done.
5. Add diced onions and stir till soft.
6. Add diced garlic.
7. Once fragrant, push everything to the side and pour in chopped tomatoes, your uncooked pasta, and 500 ml of chicken stock.
8. Bring it all to a light bubble, then cover and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes on low heat till the sauce thickens and the pasta is cooked.
9. Add in 150 grams of light cream cheese and stir through till beautifully rich and creamy.
10. Box into four equal servings.
11. Garnish with parmesan and fresh chopped parsley.
12. Enjoy.
