# Cabbage Bread Hot Dog

## Ingredients

- 150 g cabbage
- 2 個 egg
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
- 1 Big Schauessen sausage
- 1 ketchup
- 1 mustard
- 3 pickles

## Instructions

1. Shred 150g of cabbage using a grater.
2. In a bowl, mix the shredded cabbage with 2 eggs, salt, and pepper.
3. If the mixture doesn't foam, add another egg and whisk until it foams.
4. In an oiled frying pan, cook the cabbage mixture into a hot dog-sized pancake.
5. Cook the sausage in the same pan.
6. Flip the cabbage pancake when one side is cooked.
7. Once both sides are cooked, place the pancake on a cutting board.
8. Make an incision in the pancake and insert the sausage.
9. Add ketchup, mustard, and pickles on top of the sausage.
10. Close the pancake to form a hot dog.
