- 8 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 6 shitake mushrooms
- 3 green onions
- 2 shallots
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp shaoxing rice wine
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- 1 tbsp chilli crisp
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp sriracha
- 0.25 cup water

## Instructions

1. Cut garlic, ginger, green onions, mushrooms, and shallots into a small fine dice.
2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with pork and let that marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Wrap 1-2 tbsp of the filling into your dumpling wrappers. Wet the edges with water and make your first fold which is just folding the wrapper in half. Then you want to make 3 additional folds on each side making a total of 7 folds.
4. Heat up a pan to medium heat with some oil and cook your dumplings until the bottom is crispy.
5. Add ¼ cup of water and cover the pan with a lid to steam for 5-10 minutes.
