# Basilly Sausagey Beans

## Ingredients

- 2 couple leftover sausages
- 1 jar beans
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- jar roasted peppers
- loads basil
- pine nuts
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 wedge lemon
- capers

## Instructions

1. Chop the onion with a sharp knife.
2. Slice the garlic.
3. Chop the roasted peppers.
4. Chop the basil.
5. Tear sausages up in olive oil.
6. Add onions.
7. Add garlic.
8. Add roasted peppers.
9. Add the beans.
10. Add salt and pepper.
11. Add basil.
12. Add more beans.
13. Toast pine nuts.
14. Chiffonade basil.
15. Slice a lemon wedge.
16. Add the sausage and bean mixture into a bowl.
17. Add oil.
18. Add lemon.
19. Add capers.
20. Add pine nuts.
21. Add basil.
