## Ingredients

- dried pasta
- parsley
- lemon
- olive oil
- garlic
- anchovies
- capers
- red pepper flakes
- pecorino
- pepper
- spring onions

## Instructions

1. Chop the parsley.
2. Mince the capers
3. Peel the garlic
4. Mince the garlic.
5. Add olive oil in a pan.
6. Add garlic and cook it.
7. Add capers.
8. Add red pepper flakes.
9. Cook the pasta in boiling water.
10. Add the pasta to the pan.
11. Add the parsley.
12. Add pecorino cheese.
13. Add lemon zest.
14. Serve in plates.
