## Ingredients

- 2 yellow onions
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 egg
- 0.5 cup grated parmesan
- 0.25 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 cloves garlic
- 0.25 cup chopped parsley
- W sauce
- 0.5 portion carmelized onions
- pepper
- 0.5 cup white wine
- 1 cup broth
- cornstarch slurry
- heavy cream
- garlic powder
- orzo

## Instructions

1. Slice up two yellow onions.
2. In a pan, add two tablespoons of butter, the onion, and a pinch of salt.
3. Cook for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. This is a good time to prep your other ingredients.
4. For the meatball mixture, combine one pound of ground beef, one egg, half cup grated parmesan, one-fourth cup breadcrumbs, three cloves of garlic, one-fourth cup of chopped parsley, W sauce, about half of the caramelized onions, and some salt and pepper.
5. Mix the meatball mixture.
6. Grab a little piece of the meatball mixture and form it into a ball.
7. Cook the meatballs in the same pan that you cooked the onions in.
8. Flip the meatballs after about three minutes.
9. Let them cook another three minutes and then remove them from the pan.
10. Add back in the caramelized onions, about a half cup of white wine, mix that, and really scrape up all the stuff on the bottom.
11. Then add a cup of broth and a cornstarch slurry to help thicken.
12. Add the meatballs back in. These are going to simmer for about 20 minutes.
13. For the orzo, add a tablespoon of butter, some heavy cream, parmesan, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to a pot.
14. Add the cooked orzo back in.
15. Serve the orzo and the meatballs together, with some extra sauce and a little parsley on top.
