## Ingredients

- trozos fuet
- 1 de huevo yema
- pepinillos
- cebollas en curtidas
- 0.5 cucharaditas mostaza de dijon
- chorreón salsa de soja
- chorreón aceite de oliva
- toquecito de limón
- poco cebollino

## Instructions

1. Put fuet, an egg yolk, pickles, pickled onions, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, olive oil and lemon in a chopper.
2. Chop for 5 seconds.
3. Put the mixture into an aro.
4. Add a little chives on top.
