## Ingredients

- 4 yemas de huevo
- 70 gr azúcar
- 1 cuchara café
- 5 ml whisky

## Instructions

1. En un bowl, agregar cuatro yemas de huevo y 70 gramos de azúcar.
2. En un vasito aparte, agregar una cucharada de café y un poquito de whisky.
3. Llevar la mezcla de yemas y azúcar a baño maría y batir bien hasta que espese o hasta que el azúcar haya desaparecido.
4. Una vez listo, presentar en un vasito, tirar un poquito de café por arriba para decorar, y espolvorear con un poco de café en polvo.
