- Rouses Novello olive oil
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 0.5 tablespoon Pi-YAHHHHH!! seasoning
- 0.5 tablespoon garlic powder
- onion
- bell pepper
- 2 celery
- 2 lbs Rouses green onion sausage
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 12 oz can tomato paste
- 2 28 oz cans crushed tomato
- 3 15 oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 0.25 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 dash red pepper flakes
- 3 bay leaves

## Instructions

1. Brown 2 lbs of ground beef in Rouses Novello olive oil, chopping it up a bit as it browns.
2. Add 1/2 tablespoon of Pi-YAHHHHH!! seasoning and 1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder to the browning ground beef.
3. Once the ground beef is brown and crumbly, remove it and place it into a sifter over a bowl, saving the juices.
4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
5. Drop the onion, bell pepper, and two celery stalks into a hot pot.
6. Add the saved meat juices to the vegetables to cook them down.
7. Place 2 lbs of Rouses green onion sausage in the oven and cook for 25 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 25 minutes on the other side.
8. Add 2 tablespoons of minced garlic to the vegetables and stir to help break up any browning on the bottom of the pot.
9. Add a 12 oz can of tomato paste.
10. Add two 28 oz cans of crushed tomato.
11. Add three 15 oz cans of tomato sauce.
12. Add 1 cup of water to a can (presumably one of the tomato sauce cans) and then pour it into the sauce.
13. Add 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon of parsley flakes, 1 teaspoon of basil, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and a dash of red pepper flakes.
14. Add three bay leaves.
15. Stir the sauce around.
16. Raise the heat to bring the sauce to a slight boil.
17. Add the browned ground beef back into the sauce.
18. Let the sauce come to a slight boil, then cover it, lower to a simmering heat, and cook for 2 hours.
19. Once the sausage is done, remove it from the oven and cut it into approximately 2-inch pieces on a cutting board.
20. Add the cut sausage to the pot with the simmering meat sauce.
21. Stir the sausage into the sauce, cover it up, and continue to let it simmer.
