# Pine Needle Soda

## Ingredients

- pine needles
- 4 scoops sugar
- water

## Instructions

1. Wash the pine needles to remove bugs.
2. Cut the pine needles in half.
3. Place the cut pine needles into a jar.
4. Add four scoops of sugar and a little bit more to the jar.
5. Fill the jar to the top with water.
6. Shake the jar to help the sugar melt.
7. Let the mixture sit for about 3-4 days (or 4-5 days) to ferment.
8. Strain the liquid into a cup to remove the pine needles.
9. Serve and enjoy the carbonated drink.
