# Green beans with chili peanut dressing

## Ingredients

- green beans
- salt
- 9 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- soy sauce
- vinegar
- garlic
- 1 tbsp oil
- sesame seeds
- spring onions

## Instructions

1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add a pinch of salt, and blanch the green beans for 2 to 2.5 minutes.
2. Prepare the dressing by mixing the crunchy peanut butter, brown sugar, a splash of soy sauce, and a splash of vinegar.
3. Slice the garlic.
4. Heat oil in a pan, add the garlic, and sauté until golden brown.
5. Add the blanched green beans to the pan and toss with the garlic.
6. Spoon the dressing over the beans and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped spring onions.

## Tips

- Use crunchy peanut butter for texture.
- Add more soy sauce if the dressing is too thick.
