## Ingredients

- chocolate sauce
- ice cream
- heavy cream
- sugar
- butter
- Knafeh dough
- pistachio cream

## Instructions

1. Pour the chocolate sauce over the balls.
2. Put heavy cream and sugar in a bowl.
3. Mix with an electric mixer.
4. Pour the mix into a piping bag and then into a red mold.
5. Put butter in a pot.
6. Add Knafeh dough.
7. Stir the ingredients.
8. Add the Knafeh dough to a bowl and add pistachio cream.
9. Stir to mix.
10. Put a ball of ice cream between pistachio knafeh dough.
11. Roll the ice cream ball around Knafeh.
12. Serve and pour chocolate sauce over the balls.
