## Ingredients

- frozen sourdough
- flour
- pizza sauce
- cheddar
- pepperoni
- mozzarella
- pickles

## Instructions

1. Lightly knead the frozen sourdough.
2. Dust the counter with flour.
3. Stretch the dough into a big circle.
4. Place the stretched dough on a baking tray.
5. Spread an even thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough.
6. Shave some cheddar cheese over the pizza sauce.
7. Add pepperoni slices, if desired.
8. Spread mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni and cheddar.
9. Cover with more shaved cheese.
10. Bake the pizza for 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
