## Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp pepper
- 0.5 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 hotdogs, sliced
- 10 oz can Rotel, drained
- 15.5 oz can chili beans
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 30 oz bag crispy crowns
- Chopped green onions
- Mustard

## Instructions

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown 1 lb of ground beef with chopped onion.
2. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, chili powder, and onion powder.
3. Once the beef is fully cooked, drain any extra grease from the skillet.
4. Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic and the cut up hot dogs.
5. Stir everything together well.
6. Add the can of drained Rotel, chili beans, and 3 tbsp of tomato paste.
7. Stir everything together well and let simmer on the stove for a few minutes.
8. Top with 1 cup of shredded Colby Jack cheese and the crispy crowns.
9. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees F for about 25 minutes.
10. Top with chopped green onions.
11. Serve with mustard and enjoy!
