## Ingredients

- Water
- Salt

- Heavy cream

## Instructions

1. Add water, salt, and oil to a pot.
2. Add pasta to the boiling water.
3. Add butter to a pan.
4. Add garlic to the pan.
5. Add onion to the pan.
6. Boil a tomato in the pasta water.
7. Take the tomato out of the water.
8. Peel the skin of the tomato.
9. Add the peeled tomato to the pan with garlic and onions.
10. Mix the ingredients in the pan.
11. Add pasta water to the pan.
12. Add heavy cream to the pan.
13. Add garlic powder, basil, and chili flakes to the pan.
14. Mix all ingredients together in the pan.
15. Add cheese to the mixture in the pan.
16. Add the cooked pasta to the pan.
17. Mix the pasta with the sauce.
18. Add more cheese on top of the pasta.
