## Ingredients

- 5 potatoes
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup oil

## Instructions

1. Peel and cut potatoes into cubes.
2. Boil potatoes until tender.
3. Mash the boiled potatoes with a potato masher.
4. Season the mashed potatoes with salt, pepper, and paprika.
5. Mix the flour into the mashed potatoes.
6. Form the potato mixture into small, rectangular shapes.
7. Press the tines of a fork into each potato rectangle to create lines.
8. Deep fry the potato rectangles in hot oil until golden brown.
