## Ingredients

- 4 Cups Bisquick Pancake & Baking Mix
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 to 2 cups fresh blueberries (save some for serving)

## Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a rimmed baking sheet (about 18x13) with cooking spray and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, whisk Bisquick, eggs, milk, and vanilla until thoroughly combined (don't over mix).
3. Pour batter into pan, spreading evenly to edges. Sprinkle blueberries over the batter.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until light golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Cut into squares and serve with butter and syrup and/or powdered sugar
