## Ingredients

- 1 whole beef smoked sausage
- 2 bell peppers
- 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 cup parmesan cheese
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- creole seasoning
- chile powder
- parsley
- pasta of choice
- 2 tbsp butter
- minced garlic
- 1.5 cup heavy cream

## Instructions

1. Slice up a whole sausage.
2. Dice up 1-2 bell peppers.
3. Shred about 1/2 cup of your cheese (mozzarella or parmesan).
4. In a big pan, on medium heat, add olive oil and drop in your sausage.
5. Add your seasonings: salt & pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, creole seasoning, chile powder, parsley.
6. Cook for about 3 minutes each side, remove, and put aside.
7. In a big pot of boiling water, add your pasta of choice, and cook until al dente.
8. In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter, add your peppers and minced garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
9. Add in 1 1/2 cup of heavy cream and bring it to a slow simmer.
10. Add another round of seasonings.
11. Add your cheese.
12. Add your pasta, straight from the pot. And I used about a 1/3 cup of mozzarella cheese (doing this incorporates the pasta water, if sauce is too thick, you can add 1/4 cup of pasta water).
13. Finally, mix in your sausage & top off with parsley & more cheese. Enjoy!
