# French Onion Meatball Orzo Bake

## Ingredients

- 1 lb orzo
- 2 can condensed French onion soup
- 2 1/2 cup low sodium beef broth
- 1/2 packet onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 18 to 24 oz frozen meatballs
- 10 to 12 slice provolone
- 2 cup garlic croutons

## Instructions

1. Heat oven to 400°F and spray a 9x13 dish.
2. Add orzo, both cans of soup, broth, onion soup mix, Worcestershire, and thyme. Stir well so the orzo is level and under the liquid.
3. Nestle the frozen meatballs on top.
4. Cover tightly with foil and bake.
5. Uncover, stir well, and settle the meatballs back on top. Taste and add salt if it needs it.
6. Layer the provolone over the whole surface, then scatter the croutons and press a few in.
7. Bake uncovered.
8. Let it rest before serving.
