# Sheet Pan Bacon Cheeseburger Quesadilla

A quick and easy meal perfect for when the kids get home from school, featuring a bacon cheeseburger quesadilla made on a sheet pan.

## Ingredients

- 1 pound bacon
- 1.5 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion
- burger seasoning
- 6 burrito tortillas
- sliced cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- seasonings
- dill relish
- oil

## Instructions

1. Cook bacon and chop it up.
2. Cook ground beef with diced onion, drain grease, and add burger seasoning.
3. Spray a sheet pan with oil and line with 4 burrito tortillas, overlapping and hanging some over the sides.
4. Add ground beef to the sheet pan on top of the tortillas, then add bacon and sliced cheese.
5. Put two more tortillas on top, overlapping in the middle. Fold over the sides and spray with oil.
6. Place another sheet pan on top, ensuring everything is folded so nothing comes out.
7. Bake at 450 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
8. Take off the sheet pan and cut with a pizza cutter.
