# Broke Boyz Kimchi Stew

A super simple recipe for kimchi stew made with kimchi and spam.

## Ingredients

- kimchi
- spam
- sesame oil
- onion
- scallions
- 0.5 tablespoon garlic
- black pepper
- hondashi
- rice water
- tofu

## Instructions

1. Pop open the can of spam.
2. Cut the spam into bite-sized pieces.
3. Heat a pan on high heat.
4. Add a splash of sesame oil to the pan.
5. Add the cut spam to the pan.
6. Add kimchi to the pan with the spam.
7. Chop up some onion.
8. Chop up some scallions.
9. Add half a tablespoon of garlic to the stew.
10. Add the chopped onion to the stew.
11. Add the chopped scallions to the stew.
12. Add black pepper to the stew.
13. Add hondashi to the stew.
14. Add some water to rice to make rice water.
15. Pour the rice water into the stew.
16. Chop up some tofu.
17. Add the chopped tofu to the stew.
18. Serve the kimchi stew.
