## Ingredients

- 5 lemons
- 1 full lemon

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 0.66 cup sugar

## Instructions

1. Add heavy cream, sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice to a medium saucepan and cook it till it’s nice and thick.
2. Slice the lemon in half and remove the flesh from the inside.
3. Fill it with cream and brulee the top of it.
