# Hasselback Potatoes

Creamy and cheesy roasted hasselback potatoes.

## Ingredients

- Potatoes
- Cooking oil
- Milk
- Sour cream
- Garlic
- Spices
- Shredded cheese
- Chives

## Instructions

1. Slice potatoes, using chopsticks as a guide to avoid cutting all the way through.
2. Pour cooking oil into a baking dish and spread it with a brush.
3. Arrange the sliced potatoes in the baking dish.
4. In a separate bowl, mix milk, sour cream, crushed garlic, spices and shredded cheese.
5. Pour the cheese sauce over the potatoes.
6. Bake until golden brown.
7. Garnish with chopped chives.
