- cream

## Instructions

1. Pipe cream onto a digestive biscuit.
2. Place another biscuit on top.
3. Pipe more cream on top and on the sides of the biscuit stack.
4. Spread the cream around with a knife.
5. Dip the sides in coconut flakes.
6. Pipe more cream on top.
7. Garnish with strawberries, mint and a coconut ball.
