## Ingredients

- 12 oz thin spaghetti
- 1 lb ground turkey
- all purpose seasoning
- Italian seasoning
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- black pepper
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz provolone cheese
- 5 oz Parmesan cheese
- 16 oz heavy cream
- 1 bulb roasted garlic
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 5 eggs
- 1 bowl Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 bowl all-purpose flour
- oil
- marinara sauce

## Instructions

1. Add ground turkey to a pan.
2. Season with all purpose seasoning, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper and cook through.
3. In a bowl, combine thin spaghetti, cooked ground turkey, mozzarella, provolone, parmesan, heavy cream, roasted garlic, and Italian seasoning.
4. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
5. Line a quarter sheet cooking sheet with parchment paper and add the pasta mixture.
6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or freeze for 1-2 hours.
7. In separate bowls, add eggs, Italian breadcrumbs, and all-purpose flour.
8. Remove the spaghetti mixture from the pan and peel off the parchment paper.
9. Cut into sticks.
10. Dip the sticks in eggs, flour, eggs again, breadcrumbs, eggs again, and breadcrumbs.
11. Set oil to 350 degrees and add the spaghetti sticks to the oil.
12. Fry until golden brown.
13. Remove and add marinara sauce to a bowl.
14. Add spaghetti sticks to a plate, sprinkle with parsley, and enjoy.

- Add protein of your choice.
