## Ingredients

- 0.5 box rigatoni pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 large shallot
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 shot vodka
- 1 cup heavy cream
- salt
- pepper
- Italian seasoning
- 0.33 cup shredded Parmesan
- reserved pasta water

## Instructions

1. Melt butter and olive oil in a pan
2. Add minced garlic and chopped shallots to the pan
3. Add tomato paste and red pepper flakes to the pan
4. Add vodka to the pan
5. Pour in the heavy cream
6. Cover the pan
7. Add Italian seasoning
8. Add shredded Parmesan
9. Add cooked pasta and pasta water to the sauce
10. Cover the pan
11. Serve pasta with chicken and Caesar salad
