## Ingredients

- 5 cloves cloves of garlic
- 4 pieces chillies
- 0.5 piece onion
- 1 piece tomato
- 2 pieces potatoes
- 5 pieces limes or lemons
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 cans tuna
- 2 olive oil
- 1 sprinkle coriander

## Instructions

1. Finely dice a tiny amount of garlic, a couple of spicy chilies, half an onion, a tomato, and two decently sized potatoes.
2. Add the potatoes, onions, and the tomatoes to a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and sear them for just a bit of color.
3. Let them boil with a cup of water for about 10 minutes or till the water has evaporated.
4. Meanwhile, squeeze 5 to 6 limes or lemons, about two-thirds of a cup.
5. Season the pan with a good pinch of salt, black pepper, and a teaspoon of turmeric powder.
6. Then add the lime juice with the chili and garlic.
7. Gently add the tuna as you want to keep it as chunky as possible.
8. Let the pan simmer for just 2 to 3 minutes.
9. Once it's ready, give it a good drizzle of olive oil for a nice fresh finish and a sprinkle of coriander.
