- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 6.5 oz packs pizza crust

## Instructions

1. Cut 1 lb of chicken breast into small cubes. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and the chicken cubes. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

3. Once the chicken is cooked, add a little Parmesan Garlic sauce to coat it.
4. Spread Alfredo sauce on the pizza crust. Add mozzarella cheese, chicken, more mozzarella, and bacon. Bake at 475°F for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Top with dried parsley and enjoy!

## Equipment

- large skillet
- sheet pan
- oven

## Tips

- Use any pizza crust you like. Use just enough Parmesan Garlic sauce to coat the chicken; it can be spicy. Shred your own mozzarella for a creamier consistency. Bake bacon in the oven for easy cleanup. Use homemade or jarred Alfredo sauce.
- If you have an Aldi, the refrigerated Aldi crust will cover this size sheet pan well. The Parmesan Garlic sauce can be spicy if you use too much. I suggest going light on the sauce and using just enough to coat the chicken. The Alfredo sauce and cheese helps balance out the spice of sauce making it not spicy. I like to shred my own mozzarella cheese from a block for a creamier consistency. I had some leftover bacon from breakfast that I used for this recipe, but you can add as much bacon as you like. I prefer to bake bacon in the oven at 400 degrees F on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper for easy clean up. I used about 1 cup of jarred Alfredo sauce, but you could make it homemade if you prefer
