## Ingredients

- 150 g digestive biscuits
- 60 g butter
- 250 ml double cream
- 350 g cream cheese
- 100 g icing sugar
- 100 g kinder chocolate

## Instructions

1. Add crushed biscuits and melted butter to a bowl and mix until combined.
2. Scoop the mixture into cupcake cases and press down firmly.
3. Whip double cream to stiff peaks.
4. In another bowl, add cream cheese, icing sugar and melted Kinder chocolate and whisk until creamy and smooth.
5. Fold in half of the whipped cream.
6. Scoop the mixture onto the biscuit base and smooth it out.
7. Freeze for 20 minutes.
8. Top with the remaining whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate and a chunk of Kinder Bueno.
