# Tequila Honey Bee

A fresh cocktail with tequila, lemon, honey and subtle floral notes, perfect for spring.

## Ingredients

- 2 oz reposado tequila
- 1 oz fresh lemon
- 1 oz honey syrup
- 2 dashes lavender bitters
- a little bit mezcal

## Instructions

1. Add reposado tequila to the cocktail shaker.
2. Add fresh lemon juice.
3. Add honey syrup.
4. Add lavender bitters.
5. Add one large ice cube.
6. Shake well.
7. Rinse the glass with mezcal and pour the excess back into the bottle.
8. Add ice to the glass.
9. Strain the cocktail into the glass.
10. Garnish with lemon and honey.

- strainer

## Tips

- The honey syrup is two parts honey and one part hot water. Mix it up.
