## Ingredients

- 1 pizza dough
- 100 g tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g pistachios
- 150 g mortadella
- 50 g pecorino romano cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 10 basil leaves

## Instructions

1. Place the pizza dough in a pan.
2. Spread the tomato sauce on the dough.
3. Add olive oil and oregano.
4. Bake the pizza.
5. Chop pistachios.
6. Grate the pecorino romano cheese.
7. Mince garlic and basil leaves.
8. Spread pesto sauce on the pizza.
9. Place the mortadella on the pizza.
10. Add the cheese and pistachios.
11. Add some arugula.
12. Cut the pizza in half to make a sandwich.
