# Potato and Meat Patties

## Ingredients

- 4 potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup ground meat
- 1 handful cheese

## Instructions

1. Boil and mash the potatoes.
2. Add the eggs, flour and salt to the mashed potatoes and mix.
3. Make small patties from the mixture.
4. Add a spoonful of ground meat to each patty and top with cheese.
5. Close the patties.
6. Fry the patties in a pan on both sides until golden.
