## Ingredients

- 1 egg
- 40 grams sugar
- 230 ml milk
- 40 ml corn oil
- 5 grams baking powder
- 20 grams cocoa powder
- 230 grams glutinous rice flour
- dark chocolate
- chocolate chips

## Instructions

1. Add egg, sugar, milk and corn oil in a bowl.
2. Mix the ingredients together.
3. Add baking powder, cocoa powder and glutinous rice flour in the bowl.
4. Mix until smooth.
5. Pour the mixture into a baking pan covered with parchment paper.
6. Add dark chocolate in the middle of the mixture and cover with the rest of the mixture.
7. Add chocolate chips on top.
8. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
9. Cut the cake and serve.
