## Ingredients

- 0.25 cup lukewarm water
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1.5 teaspoons dry active yeast
- 0.75 cup plain yogurt
- 0.75 cup milk
- 0.25 cup oil
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.25 cup melted butter
- 1 lot crushed garlic
- 1 some chopped cilantro
- 1 little bit ghee

## Instructions

1. To a 1/4 cup of lukewarm water, add 2 teaspoons of sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons of dry active yeast; let it sit for 10 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, combine 3/4 cup plain yogurt, 3/4 cup milk, and 1/4 cup oil; mix well.
3. Add the yeast mixture to the bowl and mix.
4. Add 4 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder; mix until you can't mix anymore.
5. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 3-5 minutes until soft and springy.
6. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place (like the oven with only the light on) for 1 hour and 30 minutes until doubled in size.
7. Divide the dough into 8 equal-sized balls, cover with a damp cloth, and let rest for about 15 minutes.
8. Roll each ball into a fairly thin oval shape.
9. Cook the naan on a preheated hot cast iron skillet without oil, flipping once browned on the underside.
10. In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup melted butter, a lot of crushed garlic, some chopped cilantro, and a little bit of ghee (optional).
11. Brush the garlic mixture over the cooked naan.
