## Ingredients

- 3 بيض
- 226 g زبدة
- 2 tablespoons فانيليا
- 1 pinch ملح
- 1 cup سكر
- 1.75 cups طحين
- 2 tablespoons نشا
- 0.75 cups لبن زبادي
- 1 tablespoon سكر بودرة
- 2 tablespoons سكر

## Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 175°C.
2. In a bowl, mix melted (and cooled) butter with sugar.
3. Add eggs and vanilla, mix on medium speed.
4. Add flour and starch, mix well.
5. Pour batter into a prepared cake pan.
6. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar on top.
7. Bake for 35 minutes.
8. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
