# Lemon Posset

Receta sencilla de un postre de limón hecho con solo tres ingredientes.

## Ingredients

- 6 cucharadas ralladura de limones amarillos
- 500 ml jugo de limón amarillo
- 2 tercios de taza Crema para batir Lyncott
- 1 taza azúcar

## Instructions

1. Rallar la cáscara de los limones.
2. Cortar los limones por la mitad y retirar la pulpa.
3. Colar el zumo de limón.
4. Hervir la crema para batir Lyncott con el azúcar durante 10 minutos.
5. Añadir el zumo de limón colado a la mezcla.
6. Colar la mezcla y refrigerar durante 2 horas.
7. Rellenar las cáscaras de limón con la mezcla refrigerada.
8. Decorar con hojas de menta.
