# Matcha Clouds

Frozen strawberry matcha clouds, also known as yogurt clouds, are a light dessert for summer made of a few ingredients.

## Ingredients

- Greek yogurt
- Strawberries
- Orange zest
- Honey
- White chocolate
- Cream
- Butter
- Matcha
- Lyophilized strawberry

## Instructions

1. Mix Greek yogurt with chopped strawberries, orange zest and honey.
2. Divide into portions and put in the freezer.
3. Melt white chocolate with a little cream and butter.
4. Add matcha, coloring the cream a beautiful green color.
5. Dip the frozen yogurt in it.
6. Sprinkle with lyophilized strawberry and set aside for a moment to freeze the pleasure.
