# Buffalo Chicken Tacos

## Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp dried minced onion
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 2 cup shredded cheese
- 8 whole flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup blue cheese (optional)

## Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, buffalo sauce, dried minced onion, ranch seasoning, and most of the shredded cheese until well combined.
2. Microwave the flour tortillas for 30 seconds to soften them.
3. Spread the chicken mixture onto one half of each tortilla, spreading it all the way to the edges.
4. Top one half of the tacos with additional shredded cheese and the other half with blue cheese.
5. Fold the tortillas over, pressing them firmly to seal, and arrange them on a sheet pan lined with aluminum foil and coated with non-stick cooking spray.
6. Spray the tops of the tacos with oil and bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit until golden.
7. Remove the pan from the oven, carefully flip each taco, and return to the oven for a few minutes to crisp the other side.
