## Instructions

1. Poner seis huevos a temperatura ambiente en un recipiente.
2. Batir los huevos a velocidad 4.
3. Agregar 180 gramos de azúcar (30 gramos por huevo) y batir a velocidad 6.
4. Añadir una tapita de vainilla.
5. Batir hasta que se forme el punto de letra.
6. Agregar 180 gramos de harina cernida, con movimientos envolventes hasta que no queden rastros de harina.
7. Verter la mezcla en un molde para hornear.
8. Hornear hasta que esté dorado y esponjoso.
