# Street Corn (Elote) Pasta Salad

## Ingredients

- Street Corn Dip
- Elbow noodles
- Pinto beans
- Scallions
- Jalapeños

## Instructions

2. Clean and prepare a grill by rubbing an onion half on the grates.
3. Place corn on the cob onto the grill to char, rotating as needed until charred.
4. Boil the macaroni pasta according to package instructions.
5. Once cooked, drain the pasta using a colander.
6. Carefully cut the charred corn kernels off the cobs.
7. Rinse soaked cashews and add them to a blender.
