## Ingredients

- Plátanos o bananas
- Chocolate negro 85% o sin azúcar
- 1 sheet plancha de hojaldre
- huevo batido

## Instructions

1. Pela los plátanos y haz un hueco en la mitad.
2. Rellena el hueco del plátano con chocolate negro.
3. Divide una plancha de hojaldre en tiras.
4. Envuelve los plátanos rellenos con las tiras de hojaldre.
5. Pinta los plátanos envueltos con huevo batido.
6. Cocina en el Airfryer o en el horno.
7. Saca y sirve.
