## Ingredients

- 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted & slightly cooled
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs, room temp
- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 0.25 cup sour cream or greek yogurt, room temp
- 1.25 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 0.5 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Marshmallow fluff
- Chocolate syrup
- Freeze dried or mini marshmallows
- Christmas sprinkles

## Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line/grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
2. Whisk together oil and both sugars.
3. Mix in eggs.
4. Mix in vanilla.
5. Mix in mashed bananas.
6. Mix in sour cream/greek yogurt until combined.
7. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
8. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until just combined. Don’t over mix.
9. Fold in chocolate chips gently.
10. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
11. Bake for 50-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean/with a few moist crumbs. (Tent with foil for the last 10-15 minutes if the top is browning too much)
12. Cool completely.
13. Spread a thin layer of marshmallow fluff all over the top of the loaf (mix it a bit first so it’s easier to spread).
14. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
15. Top with mini/freeze dried marshmallows.
16. Add christmas sprinkles.

## Equipment

- whisk
- bowl
- fork
- spatula
- loaf pan
- oven

## Tips

- If you don’t want the marshmallow fluff to be as sweet, mix in a tiny bit of salt and vanilla to balance out the flavor and let it sit a few minutes before proceeding.
- Best eaten fresh, as the topping will get messy over time.
