# Creamy Chicken & Orzo

## Ingredients

- 2 whole chicken breast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- salt (optional)
- pepper (optional)
- 1/4 whole onion, diced
- 3/4 cup orzo
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 4 oz heavy cream
- parmesan, grated
- 1 handful spinach

## Instructions

1. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Pan-fry chicken until cooked through, then remove from the pan.
3. In the same pan, add diced onion, orzo, tomato paste, and chicken broth.
4. Stir in heavy cream and grated parmesan, then fold in a handful of spinach.
5. Add the cooked chicken back into the pan and garnish with more grated parmesan.
