## Ingredients

- 1 costillar
- 1 cucharada ajo en polvo
- 1 cucharada aceite de oliva
- 1 pizca sal
- 1 pizca pimienta
- 1 taza salsa (ingredientes en comentarios)

## Instructions

1. Quitar la membrana del costillar.
2. Sazonar el costillar con ajo en polvo, sal, pimienta y aceite de oliva.
3. Enrollar el costillar en papel de aluminio.
4. Meter al horno a 180 grados durante 2 horas.
5. Dejar reposar 30 minutos con el horno apagado.
6. Bañar con la salsa.
7. Meter al horno a máxima temperatura durante 10 minutos.
