# Hot Cocoa S'mores cookie bars

## Ingredients

- 0.5 cup butter
- 0.33 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- vanilla
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- graham crackers
- 1 cup marshmallows

## Instructions

1. Pour 1/2 cup of melted butter into a bowl.
2. Add 1/3 cup of white sugar to the butter.
3. Mix the butter and sugar until combined.
4. Add 1 egg to the mixture.
5. Add vanilla extract to the mixture.
6. Add 1/2 tsp of baking soda to the mixture.
7. Mix all the ingredients to form a dough.
8. Add 1 cup of chocolate chips to the dough.
9. Fold the chocolate chips into the dough.
10. Line a baking pan with graham crackers.
11. Scoop portions of the cookie dough onto the graham crackers.
12. Place marshmallows on top of the cookie dough.
13. Add more chocolate chips and marshmallows.
14. Add more scoops of cookie dough on top.
15. Flatten the top layer of cookie dough and toppings.
