# No-Bake Pecan Pie Dip

A creamy and crunchy pecan pie dip that requires no baking.

## Ingredients

- cream cheese
- 0.5 container Cool Whip
- powdered sugar
- brown sugar
- cubed butter
- 0.33 cup Cairo
- pecans
- pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- egg

## Instructions

1. Blend cream cheese, half a container of Cool Whip, and powdered sugar.
2. Place mixture in the bottom of a pie plate.
3. Refrigerate.
4. Combine brown sugar, cubed butter, Karo syrup, pecans, a pinch of salt, and vanilla in a sauce pan.
5. Add an egg.
6. Stir together and bring to a boil.
7. Pour pecan mixture over the base.
