# Fajita Chicken Mac n Cheese

A creamy mac and cheese with fajita seasoned chicken.

## Ingredients

- 500 g chicken breast
- 1 tbs chicken seasoning
- 2 tbs fajita seasoning
- 1 onion
- 3 peppers
- 3 tsp garlic purée
- 300 g pasta
- 400 ml hot chicken stock
- 600 ml milk
- 1 tsp mustard
- 120 g cheese
- 0 parsley
- 0 chilli flakes

## Instructions

1. Season the chicken.
2. Fry the chicken until cooked through and browned, then remove from the pan and set aside.
3. Add onions and peppers to the pan and cook until soft.
4. Add garlic and cook for a minute.
5. Add uncooked pasta and mix well.
6. Add chicken stock and milk, cook until pasta is cooked and sauce is creamy.
7. Add mustard (optional) and cheese, mix until melted.
8. Season to taste.
9. Add the chicken back in.
10. Garnish with parsley and chilli flakes (optional).
11. Serve and enjoy.
