## Ingredients

- 1 large jar honey
- 1 small bowl juniper berries
- 1 small bowl dried yarrow
- 1 small bowl dried hibiscus flower
- 1 bottle water
- 1 small bowl yeast nutrient
- 1 small bowl acids
- 1 packet brewing yeast

## Instructions

1. Add honey to your vessel.
2. Add juniper berries, dried yarrow, and dried hibiscus flower.
3. Top it all off with water. Leave a little bit of head space so that there's room to add yeast.
4. Add yeast nutrient and acids.
5. Hydrate your yeast. Follow the instructions on the packet.
6. Add yeast to the mixture.
7. Stir everything together.
8. Add an airlock so the gasses produced during fermentation can escape while alcohol is produced.
9. Set aside and let it ferment.
