# Cheesy Chicken Broccoli and Rice Casserole

## Ingredients

- 1 bowl chicken thigh
- 1 tsp garlic pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 squeeze olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken with herbs
- 1 can heavy cream
- 1 block cheddar cheese
- 1 package boursin cheese
- 1 small container sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 bowl cooked rice
- 1 bowl broccoli

## Instructions

1. Season chicken thighs with garlic pepper seasoning, onion powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt and olive oil then mix.
2. Melt butter in a pan and sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side.
3. Add minced garlic to the pan, deglaze with chicken broth, add cream of chicken with herbs and heavy cream, stir and then mix in freshly grated cheddar cheese and boursin cheese.
4. Stir in sour cream and season with garlic powder and paprika.
5. Chop the cooked chicken and broccoli into pieces.
6. In a bowl, combine cooked rice, chopped broccoli, chopped chicken, and the cheese sauce.
7. Layer half the mixture in a baking dish, top with grated cheddar cheese, add the second half of the mixture, smooth the top and add more grated cheddar cheese.
8. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees.
